APPLICATION RULES AND REGULATION

arrow_forwardApplicants must be between the age of 18- 35 ( if you are above than 35 years old, please contact with us info@prince.edu.my).

arrow_forwardAll the students need to get single entry visa ( JP Visa ) from Malaysia Embassy in their country before arrival to Malaysia and need to send their flight ticket 3 days before to arrange airport release pick up.

arrow_forwardIn the event of a new visa being rejected or revoked by the governmental authorities, such as immigration, Customs, the Ministry of Education, etc., PRINCE will not refund any of the paid fees.

arrow_forwardPRINCE cannot be held responsible if a student applies for a six month visa but the authorities choose to grant a shorter term visa.

arrow_forwardAll students must cooperate and submit the required documents for after they single entry visa and enter to Malaysia. The documents required are:

arrow_forwardA late payment charge of RM 30 per day shall apply on pending course fees full settlement.

arrow_forwardAll students of PRINCE LANGUAGE CENTRE must attend at least 80% of their classes. According the Immigration rules, the visa of students who attend less than 80% MUST be canceled with any notice to students and students have to leave Malaysia.

arrow_forwardStudents who have been absent for 2 months consecutively without a valid reason, will have their visas cancelled by PRINCE.

arrow_forwardStudents are allowed to take one month leave with a valid reason and reserve their term if they have attended classes for 3 months consecutively. Students who wish to have a month leave must write a letter to the Principal and get the approval.

arrow_forwardTuition fee for the students, who have attended less than 3 months and wish to take one month leave, will be forfeited.

arrow_forwardPRINCE will not be responsible for any delays or interruptions in the visa processing regarding Immigration or Ministry of Education. In case of any complaints, disturbance or misbehavior by students towards PRINCE staff regarding the governmental affairs, PRINCE has the right to cancel the student’s visa and report the student’s behavior to Immigration to have his /her visa canceled.

GENERAL CONDITION OF ENROLMENT

arrow_forwardIf you hold a student visa, you must attend at least 80% of your course and maintain satisfactory course progress by completing all class work, assignments and assessments. If you fail to do so you will be reported to the Ministry of Education and Malaysia Immigration Department and your visa may be cancelled.

arrow_forwardYou must abide by PRINCE rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in expulsion, suspension, private or public sanctions.

arrow_forwardYou agree to notify PRINCE of any change of residential address and understand that failure to notify the PRINCE that you have changed your address may result in automatic cancellation of your visa without your prior knowledge.

arrow_forwardA student’s personal information may be made available to Federal and State agencies and other authorities as required under Malaysian Law.

arrow_forwardPhotographs, videos and testimonials provided by you and/ or taken by PRINCE may be used for marketing and promotion purposes.

arrow_forwardYou agree that PRINCE communicates with you via phone, email and sms or via multimedia resources.

arrow_forwardPRINCE retains the right to change its fees and conditions, cancel or defer courses, and to alter course timetables ad class locations at any time without prior notice.

arrow_forwardThis agreement, and the availability of complaints and appeals processes, does not remove the right of the student to take action under Malaysia’s consumer protection laws.
